Sr Technical Product Manager DEM Digital Experience Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Product Manager, DEM (Digital Experience Management).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deep relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
• Create product requirements and drive them with engineering
• Support sales and field marketing teams by developing sales tools and marketing content

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Prior experience with APM, NPM, or Digital Experience Monitoring products is desirable
• Strong understanding of network security technologies
• Experience representing the customer and building relationships with engineering teams
• BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or MBA strongly preferred
