Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Title Examiner in Texas for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine chain of title for residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Perform title examination of complex orders
- Provide underwriting interpretation and mentor less experienced team members
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of directly related experience
- Multiple state licenses
- Strong knowledge of legal terms in title documents and ability to read legal descriptions
- Strong MS skill set
