Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Total Rewards Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support compensation planning cycles, including modeling, analysis, and administration of salary and equity compensation
• Perform analysis for health and welfare benefits plans, propose recommendations, and lead implementation plans
• Build flexible human capital dashboards, monitor key trends, and collaborate with cross-functional partners

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or financial data analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and building data models
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and analyze trends
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
• Desire to continuously improve and streamline processes
