Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Training Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate claims onboarding and training programs
• Investigate trends and technological innovations in the training industry
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to modify training content as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in handling claims or working in a claims department preferred
• 2+ years of experience in corporate training and performance management preferred
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Property & Casualty License preferred
