Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriter for Voluntary Benefits (Large Case).

Key Responsibilities:

Risk assessment and decision-making on new business opportunities for 1,000+ lives, focusing on Supplemental Health coverages
Collaborate with Distribution team to sell new business and maintain existing business
Develop manual and experience rates using Equitable's quoting platform and rating tools

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Group Employee Benefits Underwriting experience with Accident, Critical Illness, or Hospital Indemnity products
Bachelor's degree or relevant hands-on work experience
Established Customer Service skills and experience
Proven ability to negotiate
Solid work ethic
