- Define and implement best practices for infrastructure reliability and observability
- Coordinate with application development teams to meet deployment and monitoring needs
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on SRE/devops
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in AWS stack, particularly Lambda/serverless and Kubernetes/EKS
- Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and observability best practices
- Experience with Datadog and major on-call toolsets like Rootly
