SRE Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SRE Engineering Lead who will lead multiple engineering teams and report to the Head of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers, providing mentorship and support for professional growth
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions while ensuring best practices are followed
• Drive a culture of continuous delivery, ensuring daily production releases and collaboration with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps roles
• Expert-level proficiency in AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform
• Extensive experience with containerization technologies and orchestration platforms
• Strong leadership and team management skills
