SRE Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of experienced SRE engineers, the full-time SRE Engineering Manager will set engineering direction, enhance reliability standards, and foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide the SRE team to improve reliability across blockchain infrastructure
• Establish and maintain service level objectives (SLOs) and error budgets
• Promote automation to reduce repetitive tasks and enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in systems thinking and understanding of distributed systems
• Demonstrated leadership in a team focused on Site Reliability Engineering
• Experience with error budgets, SLO calibration, and conducting blameless postmortems
• Track record of developing engineers and facilitating their career growth
• Comfortable navigating the unique challenges of blockchain infrastructure
