Job Summary

A company is looking for an SRE Manager to lead a team of site reliability engineers and ensure system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of site reliability engineers, promoting continuous improvement
• Oversee system reliability for the SaaS offering, ensuring high availability and performance
• Manage incident response efforts and report on system performance and reliability metrics to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in multi-cloud infrastructure using SRE principles and tools
• Experience in defining and achieving SLOs and translating them into business SLAs
• Solution architecture experience for technical decision-making
• Hands-on mentality to address technical or organizational issues as they arise
• Ability to translate strategic direction into tactical decisions for team efficiency
