SRE Manager

Job Summary

Passionate about system reliability, the full-time SRE Manager will manage system reliability, enhance developer productivity, and reduce technical debt while collaborating with development, operations, and product teams in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and promote SRE practices across teams to align technology service delivery
• Drive capacity planning, performance analysis, and support compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Embed into SRE projects and on-call rotations to address operational workflows and issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of related experience; graduate degree is a plus
• 0-2 years of experience in a product, business analysis, or technical role
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and associated workflows is beneficial
• Product Owner certification or relevant IIBA certifications are a plus
