Job Summary
Leading observability and monitoring operations integration, the full-time SRE Observability Consultant will manage events and incidents tied to monitoring platforms, provide visualization support, and assist with OpenTelemetry implementation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead observability and monitoring operations integration and workflow support, including event-to-incident patterns
- Manage events and incident support tied to monitoring platforms
- Provide visualization support, including dashboards, operational views, and reporting
Required qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, or APM engineering, including architecture and integration work
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with event-to-incident workflow design and ITSM tooling
- Working knowledge of OpenTelemetry instrumentation patterns and collector operations
- Experience building dashboards and operational reporting views for technical and non-technical stakeholders
