SRE Observability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SRE/Observability Engineer in the Financial/Banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support observability infrastructure including agents, collectors, and dashboards
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate needs into extensions, integrations, and custom dashboards
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to execute observability architectures and ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or Zabbix
• Proficiency in data ingestion and transformation pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Fluent Bit)
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Terraform, or Ansible
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases
• Experience in advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) using AIOps practices
