SRE Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the development and operation of a Kubernetes-based platform in regulated environments, the remote SRE Platform Engineer will build and maintain Kubernetes clusters, monitor platform performance, and develop infrastructure automation to enhance reliability and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and support Kubernetes clusters across on-premises and AWS environments, ensuring reliability and operational stability
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance through observability and incident response, participating in on-call rotations
- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code tools to improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience managing and supporting Kubernetes clusters in production environments
- Solid Linux administration skills with experience in enterprise environments
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Python, Go, or Ruby
