SRE Private Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
Architecting and supporting scalable private cloud infrastructure, the remote SRE Private Cloud Engineer will focus on automating operations and enhancing platform reliability for internal customers.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage private cloud infrastructure and orchestration platforms
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Monitor and optimize platform performance, reliability, and security
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise-scale infrastructure design and support
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Ruby, or Scala
- Hands-on experience with private cloud technologies including VMware and NetApp
- Strong expertise in Linux administration, preferably Ubuntu
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes
