SRE Scrum Master
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Business Analyst/Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for SRE initiatives
- Collect and analyze data related to system performance and develop reports to provide insights for reliability initiatives
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in IT, software development, or a related technical domain with 4+ years as a Business Analyst in a technical environment
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of site reliability engineering or DevSecOps principles
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools used in SRE
