SRE Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SRE Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal customers using the compute platform through onboarding, community forum responses, and technical troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and propose improvements

Required Qualifications

• Strong Linux fundamentals and networking skills
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker/containerization
• Experience in production support for large-scale systems
• Ability to write and understand scripting languages such as Python
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline preferred
