Job Summary
A company is looking for an SRE Support Engineer - Observability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-impact technical support for customers of an internal IaaS platform, focusing on monitoring, alerting, telemetry, and operational tooling
- Conduct deep technical troubleshooting across Linux, networking, and observability systems, particularly with Prometheus and AlertManager
- Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to enhance customer support and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years in Technical Support Engineering, SRE support, DevOps, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, AlertManager, and OpenTelemetry
- Strong understanding of the Linux operating system and practical networking troubleshooting
- Experience supporting highly scalable applications and distributed systems
- Proven ability to analyze customer interaction trends and provide actionable feedback
