Job Summary

A company is looking for an SRE Support Engineer - Observability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-impact technical support for customers of an internal IaaS platform, focusing on monitoring, alerting, telemetry, and operational tooling
  • Conduct deep technical troubleshooting across Linux, networking, and observability systems, particularly with Prometheus and AlertManager
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to enhance customer support and operational efficiency


Required Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years in Technical Support Engineering, SRE support, DevOps, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, AlertManager, and OpenTelemetry
  • Strong understanding of the Linux operating system and practical networking troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting highly scalable applications and distributed systems
  • Proven ability to analyze customer interaction trends and provide actionable feedback
