SRE Support Trainee
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic DevSecOps team, the full-time remote SRE Support Trainee will assist in monitoring system performance, supporting incident response, and collaborating with development teams to enhance system reliability and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring system performance, uptime, and reliability
- Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Monitor SRE alerts and actively report issues on Slack channels
Required qualifications
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in IT services or related fields
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Exposure to Kubernetes and understanding of cloud fundamentals
- Passion for infrastructure and incident reporting
