Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software and operating distributed systems, with 2+ years in management
• Deep technical familiarity with Kubernetes ecosystems and containerization technologies
• Experience in optimizing team workflows and fostering automation over manual processes
• Ability to translate complex business and engineering requirements into actionable technical roadmaps
