SRE Technical Lead
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for a large-scale government-focused technology initiative, the remote SRE Technical Lead will manage Kubernetes-based infrastructure, develop Terraform automation solutions, and establish cloud reliability strategies while mentoring a team of engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of Kubernetes-based production environments
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions utilizing Terraform
- Establish reliability standards including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and disaster recovery initiatives
Required qualifications
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
- 7+ years of infrastructure, cloud engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Expertise with Kubernetes administration and orchestration
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies
- Experience supporting cloud environments within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
