SRM Transformation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SRM Transformation Lead - Pet Nutrition in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate the SRM agenda by defining the roadmap for value creation and engaging key stakeholders
• Lead the trade architecture pillar, optimizing trade spend agreements and enhancing ROI
• Develop and implement a robust price-pack architecture strategy to drive sustained value creation

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or MBA, or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years of business experience, including 3-5 years in SRM/RGM within the CPG industry
• Experience in demand functions (preferably Sales or Insights/Category) or support functions (Finance)
• Advanced Excel skills; PowerBI experience is highly preferred
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
