Job Summary

A company is looking for an SSDI Intake Specialist to join their Advocacy Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make and receive calls to sell advocacy services to potential claimants
  • Determine eligibility of potential claimants and maintain discretion over claims
  • Meet or exceed individual and company quotas while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
  • BS or equivalent or 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to multitask
  • Experience in a high-volume contact center or sales environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment
