Job Summary

Driving the operational excellence of TruStage Stablecoin, the full-time salaried Stablecoin Operations Director will manage day-to-day operations, engage in strategic execution, and oversee the integration of financial institutions and technology partners, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead operational execution, including issuance, redemption, and transaction monitoring for TruStage Stablecoin
• Define and implement a partner management strategy to support stablecoin distribution and integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and drive measurable business outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of professional experience in operations or program leadership
• 3+ years of experience with stablecoins or digital assets in regulated fintech industries
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage complex programs
• Strong understanding of API ecosystems and financial management
