Stablecoin Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Stablecoin Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close processes for stablecoin accounting, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
• Oversee preparation and review of daily and monthly stablecoin reconciliations and attestations
• Design and implement scalable SOPs, ensuring alignment with SOX internal control requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or high-growth environments
• Proven experience executing detailed, data-intensive reconciliations with a strong focus on accuracy
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead SOX-compliant month-end close processes
• 1+ years managing or mentoring team members in a dynamic environment preferred
