Stablecoin Product Manager

Job Summary

To shape the future of stablecoin and on-chain products, the full-time Stablecoin Product Manager will support product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the development of innovative payment solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support stablecoin and on-chain product strategy by identifying business needs and developing use cases
• Define product features, user stories, and roadmaps while balancing stakeholder needs
• Lead initiatives across stablecoin products and evaluate technical solutions with engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in on-chain product development or product management
• Hands-on experience with stablecoins and public blockchain ecosystems
• Familiarity with financial services controls, including KYC/AML and data privacy
• Strong product judgment and customer empathy
• Excellent project management skills in fast-paced environments
