Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, expense reviews, and account reconciliations
• Manage corporate credit card and expense reimbursement programs, along with travel and expense policies
• Assist with year-end audit and tax activities and maintain daily cash reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or accounts payable
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with accounting close and financial statement preparation
• Strong knowledge of GAAP preferred; experience with NetSuite is a plus
