Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting systems and manage payroll, accounts payable, and financial records
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with regulations
• Handle accounts receivable and communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Graduate or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP
• Strong technical skills with MS Excel and NetSuite
• Certification in bookkeeping (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper, CPB) is a plus
