Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant (100% remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Enter transaction data from banks and credit cards
• Manage accounts receivable and reconcile accounts
• Prepare and file sales tax returns and assist with month-end close process

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Accounting degree or actively enrolled and pursuing an Accounting degree
• Construction accounting experience is a plus
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Proficiency in Excel/GSuite
