Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage and optimize financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounting, billing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and commissions
• Prepare accounting entries and account reconciliations, focusing on revenue recognition and deferred revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial workflows and support month-end and year-end closing activities

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting
• Hands-on experience with billing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR)
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and commission calculations
• Experience with reconciliation, reporting, and financial data accuracy
• Proficiency in financial tools such as Stripe, QuickBooks, Ramp, Rippling, and HubSpot
