Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage and optimize financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounting, billing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and commissions
- Prepare accounting entries and account reconciliations, focusing on revenue recognition and deferred revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial workflows and support month-end and year-end closing activities
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting
- Hands-on experience with billing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR)
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and commission calculations
- Experience with reconciliation, reporting, and financial data accuracy
- Proficiency in financial tools such as Stripe, QuickBooks, Ramp, Rippling, and HubSpot
