Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations for accurate financial reporting
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining the general ledger

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting roles, focusing on bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP
• Strong understanding of general ledger processes and journal entries
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Ability to perform month-end close procedures and prepare financial statements
