Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant for a remote contract to hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weekly domestic/international accounts payable payment runs
• Assist with vendor payments, banking relations, and month-end close responsibilities
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including inventory and fixed assets

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Bank Reconciliations
• Proficiency in General Ledger and Journal Entries
• Knowledge of Month End Close processes
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar ERP software
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
