Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to assist with processing exception transactions and reconciling various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and draft correcting entries for Retail Partner accounting transactions
• Process daily API exceptions and troubleshoot issues outside the normal process flow
• Perform daily reconciliations and research reconciling items to determine root causes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, banking, finance, or accounting
• Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment
