Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant in Restaurant Accounting Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank account reconciliations for multiple assigned clients
• Assist with accounts payable, including coding invoices and applying payments
• Prepare monthly sales tax returns and communicate with clients to resolve inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry, ideally with P&L responsibility
• Prior experience with Sage Intacct or similar cloud accounting software is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong technology skills and experience with modern business SaaS applications
