Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global payroll processing in collaboration with HR and payroll providers
• Support and manage payroll systems and global expense reimbursement processes
• Take ownership of UK entity accounts payable and assist in audits and tax-related matters

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of accounting and payroll-related experience
• Strong interest in both HR and Finance functions
• Experience with payroll processing; familiarity with Bamboo HR or Deel is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with accounting software, preferably NetSuite
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
