Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage revenues and support the accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor revenues by tracking customer payments and preparing invoices
• Support month-end accounting close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience required
• Experience in a SaaS industry with recurring revenue preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software programs, such as Netsuite, preferred
• Accounting background preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, but not required
