Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including period-end closings and account reconciliations
• Oversee Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions, ensuring invoice accuracy and compliance
• Provide financial insights and support to internal stakeholders and assist with financial data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Associates' or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of professional accounting experience
• 1-2 years of experience focusing on Accounts Payable and Billings preferred
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software and Microsoft Excel preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language
