Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage financial tasks remotely across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts, invoices, and payment requests for accuracy and compliance
• Process partner payments and manage vendor accounts, including 1099 preparation
• Evaluate and improve accounts payable processes and assist in automation implementation

Required Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
• Experience with cloud-based software and advanced Excel functions
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Sage Intacct is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
