Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support the accounting function and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations for the monthly close
• Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
• Assist with audit requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inputs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting (Big 4 preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups)
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERPs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes
