Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their Finance & Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with month-end close and prepare, review, and post journal entries
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and expense accounts, and assist with annual audit schedules
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in accounting
Experience with streamlining processes and creating efficiencies is a plus
Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and advanced formulas
Experience with NetSuite and PowerBI is a plus
