Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid - Staff Accountant to join its team on a contract to hire basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting with a strong understanding of debits and credits
• Manage accounts payable, prepaids, accruals, cash applications, and 3-way match with purchase orders
• Assist with month-end close process, including accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of prior GL accounting experience, including full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Experience with a major ERP system, with a preference for NetSuite
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
