Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant - Direct Mail.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze direct mail costs, including printing, postage, and vendor services
• Maintain accurate job costing and margin reporting by campaign and client
• Support month-end close activities and prepare cost-related journal entries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 1-3 years of accounting experience, particularly in cost accounting
• Experience with month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP or job-costing systems (Sage Intacct)
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and take ownership of work
