Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to help scale day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities, including transaction coding, reconciliations, and customer payment posting
• Prepare reports to support RCM reconciliation and participate in the month-end close
• Assist with AR and AP functions, including billing, vendor management, and coordination with Customer Success

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of accounting experience (startup experience is a strong plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; MAcc preferred but not required
• Familiarity with healthcare, benefits, AI, or accounting tech is a plus
• Brings a puzzle-solver mindset to repetitive or detail-heavy tasks
• Ambitious and energized by startup environments
