Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Manage and maintain the General Ledger (GL) and oversee expense management
• Conduct payroll audits and support month-end closing activities

Required Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a legal environment
• Strong knowledge of legal accounting processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Aderant or Elite and Emburse (or similar systems)
