Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant who is eager to contribute to building a strong accounting foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain audit-ready supporting schedules
• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice entry and vendor onboarding
• Assist with annual GAAP financial statement audits and support revenue recognition

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in public accounting or a tech/startup environment
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Experience supporting month-end close processes
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
