Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support its financial integrity during a growth period.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing and cash receipts
• Prepare project-based invoices and monitor accounts receivable for outstanding balances
• Support month-end close processes and contribute to financial reporting and audits

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of accounting experience, particularly in accounts receivable
• Extensive experience with project accounting and managing restricted/unrestricted funds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Quickbooks
• Experience with nonprofit accounting and USG funding is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
