Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage financial records and support accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Analyze monthly financial trends and assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Support audits and collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and maintain ERP integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
• 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with ERP systems
• Intermediate Excel proficiency required
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
