Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations with a focus on Accounts Payable and month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and manage vendor onboarding
• Prepare month-end entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Support process documentation and assist with tax management and audits

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and month-end close
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and GAAP
• Experience using an ERP system
• Proficiency with Excel, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and pivot tables
