Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure timely completion of monthly close and support the reporting process
• Assist in preparing year-end audit working papers and participate in process improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with financial accounting courses
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Familiarity with financial accounting software; NetSuite is a plus
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
