Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to scale their financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, process invoices, and reconcile payments
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger, including posting journal entries

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with Excel and G Suite
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Interest in a fast-paced environment with a wide scope of responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
