Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day finance-related transactions and support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Accounts Payable process, including vendor setup and processing of expense invoices
• Prepare monthly reconciliations to support an efficient month-end close process
• Assist with annual financial statement audits and participate in ad hoc projects

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Finance/Accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite or similar global accounting system is beneficial
• Experience processing accounting transactions and reconciliations
• Process-oriented thinker with strong organizational skills
• Great attention to detail and effective communication skills
